The Sun Sets In The West

Our new place has spoiled me forever when it comes to natural light in the bedroom. Mind you, this was originally the family room, but how could we not make it into our bedroom?

There’s a fireplace for those winter nights, window seating for the kitties, a door that opens into our backyard and two floor to ceiling west-facing rectangular windows, in which the late afternoon sun can come beaming on in.

Seriously, this has now become my must-have should we ever design our own house. Love it.
