Here’s how I like to keep cool:
The tank on “low” setting. Yes, low.
Sitting in front of my portable a/c, which I dubbed “the tank” because of its size and weight. This little monster can really belt out the cool breeze. While my tower fan normally does the trick, there are a couple of hours out of the day where it gets too hot and muggy. Uncomfortably so. Unfortunately, that’s what I get for having a south facing apartment with no other trees or buildings around for coverage.
