Ever wonder what you’d look like as an etching? Well, wonder no more! Etchings is a nifty little app that will turn your iPhotos into illustrated multi-lined works of art. Also, with its curvy lines illustrating shadow and depth, you can easily imagine what you’d look like on a dollar bill.
The spectrum filter reminds me of Roy Lichtenstein posters. Except with lines, not dots.
The app comes with 12 filters with an option to purchase more for .99 cents. Completely reasonable for such an elegant and simple app. There are also 7 options to vary the lines, ranging from thin to bold, to heavy waves and 7 brightness levels.
