That was the theme of Sean’s niece’s wedding last weekend just outside Whistler. It was an intimate affair and the entire Brew Creek Centre, which could accommodate up to 70 guests, was booked up by all of us.
A hideaway retreat, nestled on 12 acres and surrounded by forest, waterfalls and ponds, it was indeed, a lovely backdrop for the occasion. Fair warning though – there are no alarm clocks, TV or telephones in the guest rooms and no additional restaurants, shops or ATMs on site. Tranquility all the way.
