
In a city that’s known for its history, pastel coloured buildings, Mozart and The Sound of Music, one might wonder why there’s an airport-sized hangar, Red Bull owned, futuristic building at the Salzburg airport? Is that a disconnect? What’s is Hangar 7 doing out there?
Well, that stunning architectural work of art, made up of 1,200 tons of steel and 7,000 square metres of glass, houses Red Bull founder and Austrian billionaire Dietrich Mateschitz’s collection of F1 racing cars, as well as, being home to the Flying Bulls.
