IFLS World

Stealing the acronym from righteous gal, Elise Andrew of ‘I F*cking Love Science‘, I spent the day at Science World with my friend from out of town, Mat. It happened to be culture days weekend, which meant there was no cover charge, which meant tons of parents and their kidlets.

Science World is, by no means, anywhere near the caliber of the Science Museum in London, but there were a couple of things interesting pieces:

Wall of antlers.

tyrannosarus rex at science world
The only dinosaur in Vancouver.

tarantula at science world
Molted tarantula.

child putting their head in a dinosaur's jaw at science world
Chomp goes his head.

After Science World, we walked around Chinatown, Gastown and downtown.

Vancouver – you were rather pretty and interesting this weekend. Why can’t you be like this all the time?
