Omg! I just found out that managing director and head of Twitter Canada, Kristine Stewart, will the keynote speaker at my work’s conference in Victoria this September. So having a fangirl moment.


I was so excited that I tweeted the news and saw that she favourited my tweet! I’m so excited. Can’t wait to see her speak.

A Whistler Family Wedding

That was the theme of Sean’s niece’s wedding last weekend just outside Whistler. It was an intimate affair and the entire Brew Creek Centre, which could accommodate up to 70 guests, was booked up by all of us.

Not The Bee’s Knees

That’s just great. Wrenched my knee while I was out getting lunch. I just stepped off the sidewalk and into the intersection, when I felt the ligaments in my right knee pull. In opposing directions, it felt like.

I wasn’t even wearing heels at the time. Just flats. And my ankle was stable the whole time. Just a roll in my knee. I didn’t even trip.

But by the time I got back to the office, I couldn’t bend my knee.
